Does CBD Get You “High”?

No, CBD will not get you high, because it is not a psychotropic cannabinoid, unlike the THC found in the marijuana plant (which can contain between 5% and 20% THC).

How is Hemp Different from Marijuana?

The hemp plant is an entirely different strain of cannabis that contains high quantities of CBD and almost zero traces of THC. If a hemp plant contains more than 0.3% THC, it is then technically a marijuana plant.

Can Dogs and Cats Benefit From CBD Oil?

Why is Water-Soluble CBD Better Than Regular CBD Oil?

Is CBD Oil Natural?

Yes, CBD is a naturally-occurring chemical compound that comes directly from the cannabis plant. It is not synthetically made. Furthermore, all our CBD products are made from 100% Organic Hemp, harvested in the US.

Cannabinoids (KAN-uh-bin-noyds) are a diverse group of chemical compounds naturally found in the human body (endo-cannabinoids) and also in cannabis plants (phyto-cannabinoids).

How is CBD Oil Made from the Hemp Plant?

CBD oil is made from a variety of parts of the mature hemp plant including its stalks and flowers, which contains the cannabinoids within the hemp plant. We use a low-heat CO2 extraction process, which is the healthiest and most efficient way to extract the CBD oil.

What does Full-Spectrum CBD oil mean?

Full-spectrum means you are getting all the good things nature intended from the whole hemp plant, which include a wide range of cannabinoids, terpenes, antioxidants, nutrients and other plant compounds present in the hemp plant. It can provide a greater effect than CBD alone as all the cannabinoids work together, as nature intended, in what is known as the entourage effect. A recent study from Israel has documented the superior therapeutic properties of whole-plant (full spectrum) cannabis extract over single-molecule (isolate) cannabidiol (CBD)*.

What is Hemp(seed) Oil?

Traditional hemp oil (hempseed oil) is made from hemp seeds, has no CBD in it and has been sold as for decades in health food stores for both cooking and skincare.

Is Hemp Oil different from CBD oil?

Yes and No. Yes: CBD oil is sometimes referred to as hemp oil or derived from hemp oil, which it technically is because it comes from the hemp plant. No: If hemp oil comes from the seeds, it is actually hempseed oil and has no CBD in it at all (see above FAQ).

Is CBD Oil Legal in Odessa, Texas?

Yes. As long as the CBD is derived from hemp plants (not marijuana plants) and contains less than 0.3% THC then it is legal in Odessa and anywhere in Texas for anyone 18 years or older. The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (Farm Bill) declared that all “hemp” extracts (CBD) are legal agricultural products provided they contain less than 0.3% of THC.

Are you a Odessa Dispensary?

What are Terpenes?

Terpenes are the active ingredients in all essential oils that come from medicinal plants and herbs, inlcuding hte hemp plant.

How Can I Tell If a CBD Oil is "Terpene-rich"?

Usually you can tell the if a CBD is rich in terpenes by the taste. Terpene-rich CBD will have a strong and sometimes slightly bitter taste of hemp. It is a natural product so it can vary, however a clean CBD with lots of terpenes will give you a very strong hemp taste.
